At The Website Makeover, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing a professional website promptly within two weeks. We understand that circumstances change, and we wish to accommodate our customers’ needs within reasonable bounds. Please find below our refund policy outlined based on the nature of services/products purchased:

Website Designs

All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. If the project is cancelled by the client after it has commenced, payments will be retained to cover work completed and costs incurred.

Add-On Services

All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. If the project is cancelled by the client after it has commenced, payments will be retained to cover work completed and costs incurred.

Subscription Services

For subscription services like “SEO” “Website Management” and “Hosting” customers can cancel their subscription at any time outside of the minimum. However, charges for the current billing month will not be refunded.

Refunds will not be issued for partial months of service.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of the refund approval.

Customers will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.

Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of The Website Makeover.
